  • Countering Russian propaganda in occupied territories and Russia

    2022-2023

    Produced:  ● 664 videos● 5,146 text publications
    The campaign targeted audiences in Russia, Belarus, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, debunking propaganda narratives and reaching over 190 million views.

  • International awareness campaign on Russian war crimes

    2024

    Supported by the European Commission
    A multilingual project aimed at English-, French-, Spanish-, and Russian-speaking audiences.
    Results: ● 289.5 million total views● 71.3M on YouTube● 139M on Telegram● 79.2M on X/TikTok

  • Countering propaganda in Francophone Africa

    2025


    Supported by the International Renaissance Foundation
    The project monitored Russian propaganda narratives in Francophone African media spaces and distributed analytical and counter-disinformation materials via social media, influencers, and media partnerships.
    Results:● 1,335 materials published● 24.4M+ audience contacts● Strong organic engagement in Francophone X/Twitter communities

CEO

Public policy and housing reform expert with extensive experience in government affairs, humanitarian coordination, and strategic advocacy. 
Former Deputy Minister for Veterans Affairs, Temporarily Occupied Territories and IDPs of Ukraine.
Worked on large-scale housing policy, IDP support, and humanitarian initiatives in cooperation with international partners including USAID, Norwegian Refugee Council, UNHCR, and International Organization for Migration. Co-author of Ukraine’s “White Paper on Mine Action Reform" (for Tony Blair Institute for Global Change).
